Marion Christine Marchant ‘Mal’ passed away peacefully on 6th August 2026 aged 75 years. Marion’s funeral ceremony will take place at Huntingdon Crematorium on Wednesday 2nd September 2026 at 2:30pm. Mary ‘Joan’ Brace (Kimber Hammond) sadly passed away on Monday 10th August 2026 surrounded by family at her home in St Neots. Joan’s funeral service will take place at Huntingdon Crematorium on Friday 11th September 2026 at 2:30pm. She will be missed by many.

Denise WALKER

Denise (Deni) Walker died peacefully at her home in Anderson Crescent, Godmanchester on 9th August 2026, aged 88 years, following a courageous battle with cancer. Much loved by her family and wide circles of friends for her warm smile and sense of humour. She will be much missed by those whose lives she touched. Alan passed away at home on 26th July 2026. Loving husband, dad, and grandad forever.

Michael William Darling

Michael William Darling of Warboys and Ramsey passed away peacefully on 15 July aged 91 years. He was born in Warboys, lived in Bury, Ramsey, Upwood and Houghton before returning to Warboys. He worked in Ramsey in the family Newsagents (H.A. Darling & Son) which he subsequently bought out from his father in 1976. In 1978 he bought a toyshop (Freemans) two doors away from his Newsagents in Ramsey. In 1982 he invested in a mews development of independent shops and small flats in the centre of Ramsey. He gave back to the community; he was a school governor, a Rotarian (for many years playing the role of Father Xmas on the Xmas float) and he was Mayor of Ramsey. Beloved husband to Diana Darling and adored father of Mark Darling and Stuart Darling. Michael’s funeral ceremony will take place Huntingdon Crematorium, Sapley Road, Kings Ripton at 12:00 noon on Thursday, 13 August.
