Bob Jones, so sad to hear you have left us. We went back 60 years, we spent all our youth together except when grounded. Bob was not one of the best, he was the best honest generous, tough, soft and a good friend, always happy. It’s a while since we were last fishing or having a pint in the dragon, but I will always remember you. RIP Bob

  2. Ants Pearson says:

Gone but not forgotten. Bob Jones, a friend, a one time work colleague and fishing buddy. R.I.P mate and happy fishing up there. Ants

  3. Moose says:

Sleep tight Booby Jones, we’ll all have the memories from Huntshams, a great man and great inspiration to many, gone too early

    R.I.P Sir

  4. Saxon Atkinson says:

I know we’re all sad that we’ve lost our grandad, our friend and also our dad. Knowing that you didn’t have long to live, had our family in despair, you will be missed by everyone because you were and still are a great man. You didn’t deserve to pass away, but you’re safe at last, but I know you’ll always be with me. I love you grandad x

    To Dad

Always you will be a part of me and I will feel your strength when I need it most. I can’t say this to your face but I know you hear. I will see you again, you never really left, I will feel you walk beside me, I know I will see you again, when I am lost and missing you like crazy, I will tell myself, I am so blessed to have had you in my life. You are gone but not forgotten. I will never forget you, this is not goodbye, one day we will see you again.

    Love you Dad x

  6. Keeley Atkinson says:

We all had to say goodbye to the greatest and bravest man, who made everybody proud and was a very popular man who is loved by many.

I can’t believe you have gone so soon, you didn’t even last till Christmas, but I know it doesn’t matter because you’re going to be looking down on us all. It broke my heart to see you go, but you’re still going to be up there not just watching me, but as my guardian angel. I’m going to do you so proud and stay strong and get through this. I love you. Rest in peace Grandad.
